Our Promise

A five-star residential experience

Our projects deliver premium apartments carefully crafted to reflect a luxurious standard of living and our commitment to delivering ecologically sensitive and innovative urban design solutions.

Being passionate about relationships between people and places, Raise Projects creates and delivers high quality, safe, flexible and sustainable living spaces in desirable locations that offer excellent value for the owner occupier and above-average returns for investors.

Our sites are carefully selected based on overall liveability and important community infrastructure including education, recreation, retail amenity and transport.

Uniquely oversized floor plans are perfectly complemented by premium building finishes, high-end European appliances, stone island bench tops and timber flooring in buildings that feature multiple reserved parking and storage, advanced security, modern technology and desirable common amenities such as heated swimming pools, health centres, stylish lobbies and smart interiors.
